Cancellation Policy

Effective: May 10, 2026

tl;dr Discovery calls — cancel any time, no penalty. Engagements — 14 days written notice; you pay for completed and contracted in-flight work as of notice. Care plans — cancel any time; effective at end of current billing period.

Discovery calls

You can cancel or reschedule a discovery call any time before the meeting. There is no fee. Just reply to the booking email or write to hello@sikhaygroup.com.

Sikhay .io engagements

Cancellation of an active engagement is governed by the signed scope doc for that engagement. Where the scope doc is silent, this default applies:

  • 14 days written notice from either party.
  • You pay for completed work and any contracted work that's already in-flight as of the notice date.
  • Any unspent portion of the deposit, after the above, is refunded per our Refund Policy.
  • We hand off all work-product produced to date in a usable form.

Care plans and subscriptions

Cancel any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there's no proration for unused time within a period. The next charge will not be made.

To cancel, email hello@sikhaygroup.com with the subscription ID or the email on file.

How to cancel

One inbox handles all of this: hello@sikhaygroup.com. Include your invoice, contract, or booking reference. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
