Refund & Dispute Policy

Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free. Nothing to refund.
Sikhay .io custom engagements
Refunds on engagement deposits and milestone payments follow this default, which a signed scope doc may modify:
Before work begins
If you change your mind within 7 days of paying the deposit and we haven't started work yet, the deposit is refundable in full. Just email us.
After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated against the scope completed to date. We'll send a brief reconciliation showing what was delivered and what's owed back, if anything.
Stripe processing fees
Stripe's processing fees on the original payment are not refundable to us by Stripe, so they are deducted from refunds where applicable. The exact amount appears on the refund receipt.
Care plans and other subscriptions
You can request a refund for a care-plan charge within 14 days of the charge for the current billing period. Past periods are not refundable. Cancel any time per our Cancellation Policy.
Sikhay Direct
Sikhay Direct is not yet selling. A return + refund policy specific to physical and digital goods will be published before the first product is sold.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a payment, please email hello@sikhaygroup.com with your invoice or Stripe transaction ID before raising a chargeback. We commit to a response within 5 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may delay resolution.
How to request a refund
Email hello@sikhaygroup.com with:
- Your invoice or Stripe transaction ID
- The reason for the refund request
- Any supporting context
We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days where the situation allows.
